"Uzoo - Discover your leadership animal!" UZoo is a leadership inventory originally presented by Becky Barker, Ph.D., the Director of the Center for Leadership Development. This program will utilize UZoo by allowing students to identify their "leadership animals" and the qualities with which each of them are associated. There will be an interactive activity and a discussion of the different styles. This workshop will help students recognize different communication styles while teaching them how to work within them.
